Job Description
The Senior Manager – Food & Beverage is responsible for driving the food offer of Luna Park Sydney to its optimum potential in terms of quality, fiscal performance, market positioning, customer service, compliance, financial and guest perceptions. The role will act as a leader and coach to drive and enhance team performance to meet department and company objectives.
The successful candidate will;
- Devise strategies to control costs and maximise profitability in line with budget, including but not limited to cost of goods sold (COGS) and employment costs
- Work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders across the business on event planning including, but not limited to: birthday parties, family days, Harbour Party etc
- Analyse guest feedback to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Drive a great working environment for employees to thrive
- Develop and oversee all training requirements across the department
- Manage key supplier agreements and relationships
