A unique role, the position will be know as 'Food Service Manager'. You will be responsible for the customer dining experience in this busy beachside pub, with a strong focus on service, feedback, reservations and running a happy team! You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the senior leadership team to ensure quality and consistency in the product.
You will utilise your service background to educate and improve those working around you, elevating the customer experience in the process. This is not a business-as-usual role, rather the focus is on continuous improvement and product evolution.
The position comes with a very friendly roster, with no opens or closes.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- An engaging personality, who loves being around customers
- Experience running a high volume food service operation, whether it be a restaurant, bistro or catering background.
- Exceptional management skills and the ability to work autonomously
- The ability to create a fun and productive work environment for you and your team.
This fantastic role is offering a competitive remuneration package, comprised of base salary plus super.
