We have partnered exclusively with a unique winery that is situated an hour and a half north of Melbourne’s CBD.
Established over 50 years ago this winery of an uncompromising commitment to viticulture and winemaking, and in developing an intimate understanding of the unique climate and soils that are intrinsic to this distinguished Central Victorian vineyard.
About the role:
You will be managing two venues on site:
The Restaurant draws inspiration from the fresh local produce, offering modern farmhouse cuisine in a setting that is both rustic and refined. The menu highlights local, sustainable, and ethical farming practices.
The café, with its new look and menu, serves breakfast and lunch seven days a week.
About you:
- 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Multi-site F&B exposure very advantageous
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and wine, WSET 1 beneficial
- Empathetic leadership approach to working with young staff
- Dedication to exceptional customer service
- Track record in training, motivating, and leading staff
- Proficiency in back-of-house administration, including rostering
- Ability to plan, forecast, and recruit front-of-house staff
- Exemplary presentation and lead-by-example attitude
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and engaging approach
