Job Description
As office manager you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end guest experience for visitors to our client's stunning CBD offices.
This includes but is not limited to;
- Ensuring office meeting spaces and common areas are maintained to a high standard;
- Support the continuous improvement of technology and business processes within the team.
- Preparing meeting rooms for clients and guests, offering them refreshments etc;
- Assisting with the coordination of client luncheons and major events;
- Assisting senior executives with client and stakeholder management and other tasks as requested;
- Managing merchandise and other marketing materials;
- Liaising with building management on maintenance and other office issues; and
- Building strong relationship with clients, external service providers, and affiliates.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in a corporate environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A solutions-focused approach to work
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills;
- Ability to work through complex tasks and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent guest experience and maintain strong working relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;
- Experience with digital event platforms would be an advantageous
- Experience with graphic design software
