Our client owns and successfully operates award-winning restaurants nationally. Their restaurants are known for their elegant and refined atmosphere, exceptional service, and mouth-watering cuisine. The team is passionate about delivering unforgettable dining experiences to their guests, and they take pride in sourcing the best local and seasonal ingredients. 

Due to open in the coming months their newest and biggest restaurant yet will showcase their passion for Meditteranean cuisine and will cement their place as one of the city's best operators.

Job Description

As Head Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to create and execute innovative menus, utilizing your culinary skills to create visually stunning and delicious dishes. You will be responsible for maintaining quality and consistency while supporting and mentoring the kitchen staff to achieve their best.

Our ideal candidate is a natural leader with a positive attitude and a passion for culinary excellence. You will have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, ensuring that all aspects of our kitchen operations run smoothly.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working in a fast-paced and exciting environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and creativity to our menus, while also learning from experienced and talented chefs.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef in a high-end establishment
  • Experience working in busy environments serving over 400 covers a day
  • A passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
  • The ability to work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive and supportive leadership style
  • The desire to learn and grow your culinary skills
