Our client is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager with the expertise to oversee a premium restaurant, cocktail bar, and event space. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive excellence across multiple departments.
Previous experience in multifaceted venues is essential, as this role requires leadership of specialised teams in each area. A passion for training and mentoring the next generation of hospitality professionals is key, ensuring a clear path for growth and development.

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Experience in managing high-volume restaurants, functions, and events

- Financial acumen, including expertise in COGS, labor management, and rostering
- Exemplary communication and stakeholder management skills
- Enjoys working with a large team and delivering bespoke events
