Our client is a very well known hospitality group with a diverse portfolio of operations spread across the coast. They are looking for an experienced Group Financial Controller to oversee the financial management and fiscal future of the group.
Job Description
The Group Financial Controller will lead the delivery of the organisation’s accounting, finance, risk management, performance analysis and reporting functions. The role will also identify issues, opportunities and solutions to ensure effective risk management, financial performance and organisational sustainability for the Group.

Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role, you’ll possess the following skills and/or qualifications:
- Experience as a Financial Controller within a complex operation
- A desire to build an inclusive, positive and outcome focused culture
- Experience in guiding a team in financial reporting, accounts and accurate and effective forecasting
- A strategic mindset with well-developed interpersonal and organisational skills
- The ability to investigate business trends and deviations and provide recommendations for rectifications and/or improvement to overall operations
