Our client is an innovative Internet Service Provider operating in Australia and the USA delivering manager internet services for a variety of large-scale residential developments.

Their systems are designed from the ground up to address the most common problems encountered by management and tenants alike, where wireless access comes standard and plans are flexible to suit all needs.

As they continue to enjoy ongoing growth, our client is now looking to strengthen their already high performing sales team.


Job Description
  
Our client is looking to engage a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business development initiatives and expand market presence in infrastructure projects. This role will play a key part in shaping the future workflow pipeline and ensuring sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage and forecast the company’s future workflow pipeline.
  • Drive business development initiatives to maximise sales growth and contribute to targets.
  • Focus on business development specifically for infrastructure projects on a national level.
  • Oversee and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with managers to achieve growth targets aligned with company strategy.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of tenders for various local, state, and national projects.

Candidate Profile
  
To be successful in this role the right candidate will be able to display the following:
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the real estate and/or construction sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Experience with tender preparation and submission processes is highly desirable.
  • Relevant qualifications in business, planning, surveying, or a related field.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally as needed
