Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced in leading high-performing teams in a busy environment. Attention to detail is critical to success as well as a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. They will have a proven background in venue operations and an understanding of all aspects of running a successful business in both front and back of house.
This is a hands-on and people-focused role for an energetic and driven professional with excellent time management, multi-tasking and leadership skills.
To be successful in this role you will have;
- A proven track record of leading a successful business and creating profitability as a Venue Manager
- Exceptional time management, leadership and delegation skills
- A service-driven outlook and a penchant for vibrance and excitement
- The ability to make creative decisions and collaborate with colleagues
- A true passion for Food & Beverage, attention to detail and guest experience
