As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the F&B operations and financial performance, ensuring its ongoing success. We are in search of a charismatic leader who can nurture an exceptional workplace culture, inspire top-tier customer service, continue to build the venue community and guide a team towards excellence. The position would see you collaborating closely with the Executive Chef, General Manager and Event Sales team.

- Senior Management experience in a multi-faceted establishment for at least 2 years
- A strong passion for training and staff development
- Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage
- Adaptability and the capability to lead effectively during high-pressure service periods
- Proven abilities in building strong relationships with staff. guests and members.
- Outstanding organisational, time management, and communication skills
