Job Description
As Venue Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of this bustling restaurant, managing everything from rostering and training to quality control and exceptional customer service.
Drawing on your premium hospitality experience, you will mentor and elevate those around you, continuously enhancing the guest experience. This is not just a routine management role—it’s an opportunity to drive ongoing improvement and innovation. As Venue Manager you will:
- Have experience as a hands-on leader who has the ability to influence a positive workplace culture
- Oversee all day-to-day operations including shift management, cash and stock handling, sales targets, and overall presentation
- Be responsible for training and ongoing team development
- Be responsible for rostering and labour cost management
- Implement processes and standards to ensure all front-of-house operations run effectively and seamlessly
- Ensure the customer service is of the highest standard
- Build a strong rapport with all guests and clients
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience as a Restaurant Manager within a premium establishment
- A highly structured and organised approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional management skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong financial awareness especially in regard to COGs and Labour
- Above all, a genuine passion for hospitality
This role is offering a strong remuneration package which is wholly dependent on the experience of the applicant.
