As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the restaurant's floor operations and financial performance, ensuring its ongoing success. We are in search of a charismatic leader who can nurture an exceptional workplace culture, inspire top-tier customer service, continue to build the venue community and guide a team towards excellence.
Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Managerial experience in a premium establishment for at least 3 years
- A strong passion for training and staff development
- Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage
- Adaptability and the capability to lead effectively during high-pressure service periods
- Proven abilities in building strong relationships with staff and guests
- Outstanding organisational, time management, and communication skills
