Job Description 

As the Group Head Chef, you will be accountable for creating a positive, nurturing environment in which individuals and teams can thrive. Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving profitability, while continuously improving products across several venue styles. This role reports into the Group Executive chef and will have you working alongside some of the industry's most recognisable names.

You will work in a highly collaborative way, engaging the teams across the business when writing menus, evolving processes and shaping culinary direction. 

Candidate Profile 

To be considered for this role you will have:
  • Experience as a Senior Chef in an award-winning environment in Australia or internationally
  • Exceptional management skills and the ability to lead multiple teams
  • A hands-on approach and the ability to strategically plan
  • High-level communication with colleagues, suppliers and customers 
  • A positive and consultative approach to your peers
  • The ability to review operational performance and make improvements where necessary
  • Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food
  • Full Australian working rights
