Job Description
As the Group General Manager of two venues, you will be accountable for the ongoing execution of all tasks related to the successful operation and growth of the business. You will be responsible for a wide array of product offerings spanning traditional on-premise food, beverage, gaming, retail and the teams, within.
Positions like this are truly unique in that they draw upon a range of skills including operational management, marketing, product development, logistics, retail and much more.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience as a Group Operations or General Manager in a large premium, food, beverage and gaming venue
- The ability to lead and motivate a high performing team. This is a people-first company
- Exceptional management skills and the ability to manage up
- High-level customer service
- A genuine passion for hospitality fuelling a hands-on approach
- Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food, beverage and gaming
- A strategic mindset focused on incremental revenue growth
This role is offering strong remuneration package comprised of a generous base salary plus super.
