Overseeing a truly amazing property that is synonymous with quality, luxury and impeccable design, the role is responsible for a premium room product and multiple F&B outlets.
Located in regional NSW around 1.5 hours from its nearest major city, this role represents is an exciting opportunity to get back to lead a thriving business that you will be proud to call your own.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate for the role will possess;
- Experience as a truly hands-on hotel General Manager or seasoned F&B Manager
- A creative and lateral approach to team leadership and service
- Passion for premium food and beverage offerings
- Effective and collaborative stakeholder and community engagement
- Demonstrated ability to develop initiatives and activities
- A deep understanding of brand strategy and delivery
- A desire to build an inclusive, positive and outcome-focused culture
- Strong time management skills and a meticulous attention to detail
