Job Description
As the Front of House Manager you will be fully responsible for the service and guest experience. The role is responsible for the performance of all aspects of the business including shift management, financial performance linked to controllable costs, and is heavily involved in training to ensure the day-to-day running of the venue is superior in every way.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience managing a premium, service driven environment
- High-level customer service skills
- Ability to plan logically and set clear working goals
- Experience in training and training programs
- A vibrant energy and solution-focused, positive outlook
- An understanding of general finances such as labour cost
- Ongoing desire to exceed guest expectations and excel in the quality of service and experience
This salary is dependant on candidate experience but is circa $80,000 plus superannuation with a strong incentive program.
