Job Description

As the Venue Manager, you will be fully responsible for the management of a clearly defined set of tasks within the venue. These include but are not limited to, stock control, licensing, gaming compliance, the venue’s training program and of course, overall customer service.

This role will allow you to gain experience across all aspects of the business in conjunction with various department heads, as well as the General Manager. This presents an opportunity to elevate and develop your career, with exposure to all facets of the business as well as a strong leadership team who values career growth and development.
  
Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • 5 plus years of experience working in a premium, high-paced environment in a leadership position
  • The ability to manage a diverse suite of operations simultaneously
  • High-level financial acumen relevant to P&L management and cost control
  • Experience in multi-faceted venues and excellent compliance knowledge
  • A track record of building great teams with a positive culture
