In this new and stunning CBD operation, an opportunity has arisen for a tried and true hospitality professional to join the ranks as Venue Manager.
About the role
The Venue Manager will oversee the business from build through to execution and co-ordinate the streamlined delivery of service to guests. An individual who is exceptional with organisation, lateral & collaborative thinking and a passion for genuine guest experience will excel in this role
Under industry-leading senior leadership, the Venue Manager will work closely with the General Manager, Marketing Team and Events Team, collaborating with ongoing initiatives in the venue.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess;
- 2-3 plus years of experience in an VenueManager role or similar
- Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge in Food & Beverage operations
- Proven success in driving initiatives with a keen eye for detail and a motivated and solution-focused approach
- Creativity and an adaptable and collaborative approach to service and operations
- A willingness and eagerness to learn on the go and introduce initiatives
- Experience in opening a venue would be a bonus
