As the Venue Manager of this new multi-faceted venue, you will be accountable for maintaining the high standards of the front and back-of-house operation, whilst driving performance through your team. The venue boasts multiple levels that include bars, function spaces, and more. It will be, without a doubt, a market leader in Brisbane's party precinct. It will offer a modern food and drinks product and deliver a strong entertainment offering
The role requires someone who loves driving their team to deliver exceptional customer service with a keen eye for detail, relationship building, compliance knowledge, operational knowhow and a passion for overseeing large scale venues.
There is a strong management team in place and you would report to the Group General Manager.
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Experience as a Venue Manager in a large venue
- Exceptional management skills and the ability to lead a team
- High-level ability in enhancing customer service
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance
- Holder of, or willingness to obtain, an RMLV certificate
- A genuine love for being part of the action!
This role is offering a competitive package comprised of a generous base salary plus super. The role would see you working in the Fortitude Valley area.
