Job Description
- Oversee kitchen operations for a large team of chefs, ensuring smooth, efficient service
- Lead, inspire, and mentor your team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef, managing large kitchen teams

- A solid understanding of kitchen operations, stock control, and food safety
