Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintain and enhance the venue’s reputation by delivering exceptional dining experiences. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement. Analysis and influence the venue’s financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience as a Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role in a premium or high-end restaurant.
- Demonstrated success in managing financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
