Job Description
As the Precinct Venue Manager, you will be accountable for the ongoing execution of all tasks related to the successful operation of your venue portfolio. You will oversee a range of senior managers in their respective roles and venues.
You will guide your direct reports in an inclusive and nurturing manner, leading them across service delivery, compliance, customer experience, product development, staff development and other relevant operational tasks.
As a predominantly night time precinct, there are expectations that you will be available for busy periods and over weekends. This is not a 9-5 role.
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Exceptional management skills, the ability to lead a team and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Experience as a General Manager or Venue Manager who is ready and capable of overseeing multiple outlets and venues.
- Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across RSA, RCG, food, beverage, retail and gaming across Queensland
- Experience managing large teams in large venues.
- Personal accountability and the ability to work autonomously
This role is based in Brisbane and is offering a very strong remuneration package comprised of an excellent base salary, staff benefits and superannuation.
