Job Description
As Operations Manager, you will work closely with the other leaders, being the face of this bustling suburban community pub which boasts multiple revenue drivers and is a local favourite. It sits not far from the fringe of the CBD.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of leading high performing teams while delivering results. They must be food and beverage driven and be passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests.
As part of the management team you will take on various roles and responsibilities, both front and back-of-house. The company prides itself on people, culture and development. Therefore, your growth as a leader will be well looked after.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 2 plus years of experience working at a premium, high paced environment in a leadership position.
- The ability to manage a diverse suite of operations simultaneously.
- Experience in large venues and excellent compliance knowledge.
- A track record of building great teams with a positive culture.
