Job Description
Growth Strategy & Digital Execution
● Own the growth marketing strategy, execution, and reporting across all channels.
● Lead planning and rollout of digital campaigns tied to business goals—location launches, seasonal pushes, and evergreen acquisition.
● Manage and optimize a multi-channel marketing mix, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
● Identify performance trends and opportunities to refine strategy and drive results.
● Develop campaign briefs, media plans, and rollout calendars in collaboration with Brand and Creative.
CRM, Email, and Funnel Optimization
● Oversee and evolve our CRM and email marketing strategy using HubSpot.
● Create and refine automated workflows and nurture sequences to support the full member lifecycle.
● Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall funnel performance through continuous testing and segmentation.
● Ensure CRM data integrity and consistent tracking across systems.
Budget, Performance, and Reporting
● Own the holistic marketing budget—allocating spend, forecasting ROI, and driving efficiency.
● Manage relationships with digital agencies and performance marketing vendors.
● Define and track key KPIs: qualified leads, website traffic, tours booked, digital conversion rates, and revenue generated.
● Deliver clear, actionable performance reports to executive leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Impact
● Work closely with Brand and Creative to ensure campaigns align with messaging and visual identity.
● Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to support market-specific initiatives and new location launches.
● Partner with our commerce platform to improve and streamline the member purchase journey.
● Share market insights, campaign learnings, and member behavior trends across departments.
Website & Ecommerce Oversight
● Manage external partners for website, SEO, and ecommerce performance.
● Oversee site content, UX, and conversion in collaboration with Brand and Creative.
● Ensure the website and digital storefront align with growth goals and campaign strategy.
● Monitor performance and conversion metrics, using insights to drive improvements.
● Maintain consistency across web, ecommerce, and paid channels.
Qualifications & Experience
● 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital strategy, or performance marketing roles.
● Proven ability to drive revenue and measurable outcomes through digital campaigns.
● Proficiency in HubSpot and paid platforms including Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
● Skilled in campaign planning, channel optimization, and performance analytics.
● Experience managing media budgets and external agency/vendor relationships.
● Strong grasp of CRM workflows, email strategy, and lifecycle marketing.
● Ability to translate data into action and continuously iterate for improvement.
● Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects across markets.
● Strong communicator with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, operations, and leadership.
● Experience working with membership-based or subscription-tiered business models is preferred.
● Familiarity with high-end, content-driven brands and premium consumer experiences.
