Candidate Profile
About You:
You’re a creative leader with a deep love for Mediterranean cuisine, an eye for detail, and experience in managing high-volume, high-quality kitchens. You thrive on pushing boundaries while respecting tradition.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience as Senior Chef within a premium dining venue
- Impressive 'foodie' knowledge- technical cooking - yet served in an uncomplicated way
- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- The authority to command respect
- High food standards in both taste and presentation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills as you will be required to interact with the front-of-house team
- Team player skills and lead by example
- Full unrestricted working rights
