Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced in the management of a venue pre-opening, to the highest standard. You will be tasked with building a team to deliver a unique product to market. The position will see you collaborating with key stakeholders in driving all aspects of the operation and revenue streams. This will include food, beverage, retail and events.
This is a hands-on role that will see the successful candidate lead from the front while motivating and inspiring the team around them. The General Manager is responsible for all facets of the business including cost management, people experience and product, and ultimately is accountable for bringing the team together to achieve excellence.

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Comprehensive experience in a similar hospitality management role with a proven track record of success in your career
- A proactive leadership style and an ability to impact multiple outlets
- In-depth financial knowledge with a keen eye on metrics and cost-tracking
- Experience working autonomously and achieving goals and targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A consistent and accomplished record of customer service
- A history of creating initiatives and strategies to improve performance
