This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to make a lasting impact on multiple established restaurants in the Gold Coast.
The role requires strong financial acumen, the ability to upskill the team to deliver exceptional service, and the expertise to align each venue’s marketing, HR, training programs, and overall growth strategy.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Group Manager
- Manage budgets, performance reviews of your management team
- Exceptional time management skills and be detail orientated
- Experience in a large hospitality groups
- Someone who operates a venue as if it were their own
