Hastings People have been retained to find a finance professional to manage and oversee all aspects of forecast planning and performance management.

With a proven track record of working in high-performing teams, the Finance Manager will be a change agent, both identifying and delivering efficiencies in all processes. The finance manager will support the planning process related to company operations, including accurate, dynamic, and timely reporting of data. You will join the leadership team in steering the growth of the business.
  
Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will have: 
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, financial reporting, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • A rigid and systematic approach to problems with results driven by a solution-based, process-focused manner
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to frame an issue with various data inputs
  • Proven track record and demonstrated passion for working in a highly dynamic environment with a start-up mentality in which there is no “typical day”
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills needed to effectively engage and influence the organisation at all levels, a collaborative partner and true team player.
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter who manages projects from end-to-end and produces results, organising and prioritising deadlines via exceptional time-management skills
