Job Description
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will responsible for overseeing every aspect of the restaurant's floor operations and financial performance, ensuring its ongoing success. We are in search of a charismatic leader who can nurture an exceptional workplace culture, inspire top-tier customer service, and guide a team towards excellence.
Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Managerial experience in a premium establishment for at least 3 years
- A strong passion for training and staff development
- Exceptional knowledge of elevated food and beverage
- Adaptability and the capability to lead effectively during high-pressure service periods
- Proven abilities in building strong relationships with staff and guests
- Outstanding organisational, time management, and communication skills
