Job Description
As the Precinct Operations Manager, you will be accountable for the ongoing execution of specific tasks related to the successful operation of your venue portfolio. It will see you playing a support role across the venues, whilst acting as part of the senior leadership group on weekends and nights.
Your role will be integral in ensuring the venues run smoothly with a focus on compliance and guest experience. The venues are late trading with entertainment and much-loved regular events.

Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Experience in a managing large venues that can hold 500+ people.
- Exceptional management skills, the ability to lead a team and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food, beverage, retail and gaming in NSW
- Technical knowledge of all pub operations
